Lots of locals selling – pretty overwhelming to be honest. Just be prepared!

Then Snorkeling with encounting beautiful fishes. Later we had lunch on marvelous Saona Island. After some hours we went back on a Party Boat with a real Party and Cuba Libre. What a great day. We recommend 110 %.

Dancing on board with the staff. Saona itself is like a giant aquarium with icing sugar beaches and palm trees. The lunch was delicious and included.
On the way home we stopped for snorkeling.

My only reservation was that the speed of the driving was limited by other members of the group, which is totally understandable. However at my request they offered a private trip at a reasonable price.

  The location was great – could walk out to the beach easily. Always felt safe and like they really wanted us there. We were picked up at the front of… read more the hotel for activities. The room was clean – big – inviting and made up nice for us each day. The staff was wonderful – always asking if we were having fun or needed anything. When we asked for strange things – they could even accommodate us on those – like a scale to weigh in to see if we had really gone overboard on eating at their incredible buffet. We especially liked booking through Costco and having a rep there to help us with all the little deals. So helpful. I can tell you that they have taken time to get it right to make it nice. They clean the walkways and pool area everyday. They provide hand sanitizer at the restaurants when you come in. The night shows are great and I liked it that things ended by 10:30 at night so people could get some sleep or those with families could get the kiddos to bed.

  Before I left for our holiday, I researched some providers of transportation and excursions and found Go Dominican Travel to be most cost effective and Julio came back very quickly… read more with answers to queries I had.

We arrived to Punta Cana airport where we were welcomed and taken to our vehicle to get to our resort by Julio and given a welcome drink (which was much needed after a 9 hour flight!). Car was very comfortable for four of us and our luggage.

We dealt with Julio and sorted our excursions, which we paid for once we met with him. Our excursions included SAONA ISLAND (amazing Island which you visit on a speedboat, have time to relax, enjoy drinks and lunch and then come back on a catamaran where you can have drinks and dancing and we were lucky enough to see beautiful dolphins on the way back; BUGGIES – great fun where you go out on a dune buggie and have time to visit Macao Beach. Be ready to get muddy! ZIPWIRES AND MONKEY LAND – again, great excursion where you get to go on 12 zipwires, all of differing distances and speeds. We then stopped for lunch in a typical Dominican house and off to monkey land where we were able to feed the squirrel monkies – great interaction with them and we loved it. We also got some lovely photos as were able to take our cameras in with us.

We were picked up at the times given and were brought back to the hotel and all of these were very prompt! Julio was also able to be contacted and replied very quickly.

Thank you for your great service – we shall definitely use you again when we visit and highly recommend!
